All payments made for advertising on News Nexus City are non-refundable. Once an advertising slot, placement, or video promotion has been paid for, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of:
• The client's change of mind;
• Dispute over results or performance;
• Client dissatisfaction;
• Errors in submitted materials;
• Miscommunication or unmet expectations.
2. Responsibility of Content
• News Nexus City is not responsible for compiling, editing, scripting, or producing advertising content.
• It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide accurate, complete, and properly formatted advertising content.
• We are not liable for incorrect uploads, unedited content, or the effectiveness of any advert.
3. Author and Ownership of Adverts
• You, the client, are the sole author and publisher of your advertisement.
• You assume all responsibility for the messaging, imagery, statements, and claims made in your advert.
• You also accept all consequences of public reception, including viewer comments, reactions, and shares.
4. Violation of Platform Policies
If your advertisement violates any of the following:
• Our Terms of Use;
• Our Privacy Policy;
• Our Community Guidelines;
• Any applicable laws or ethical advertising standards;
We reserve the full right to remove, reject, or suspend the advertisement without prior notice and without any refund.
5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless News Nexus City, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages that may arise as a result of:
• The content of your advertisement;
• Any third-party claims regarding copyright, privacy, defamation, or false advertising;
• Technical issues caused by user-uploaded materials.
