These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our short-form video streaming social media platform located at https://newsnexus.city, including our mobile or desktop applications and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, using, or uploading content to News Nexus City, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility

• Your content is not unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, inciting, or misleading.
We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without notice.
4. Prohibited Content and Activities
You agree not to:
• Upload or distribute content that contains nudity, sexual activity, hate speech, death threats, wishing death upon another, incitement to violence, child exploitation, or illegal activity.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, impersonation, or doxxing.
• Use the Platform to spread misinformation, scam users, or upload viruses.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or deletion, and possible legal action.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
News Nexus City respects intellectual property rights.

• Include your name, proof of ownership, the infringing content URL, and a signed statement.

• Users upload and engage with content at their own risk.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless News Nexus City, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from:
• Your use or misuse of the Platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your uploaded content;
• Any breach of law or rights caused by you.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of major changes, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where News Nexus City (Pty) Ltd is headquartered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
